Dear Rob & Tina, We wanted to thank you for making our auction profitable, but more importantly, we want to thank you for your patients, understanding and especially your integrity. It’s rare in this day and age to find a company that sincerely puts the customer first. With all the work, advertising, and time that you had put in, and we considered calling the auction because of the weather, Rob’s statement “you are the customer, and I will do what ever you want”, was a testament of your sincerity to your customers. To sell things that you have had for years . . . had been given as gifts . . . or belonged to someone close to you, no matter what the reason, is a difficult decision. From the beginning to the end of the auction, your concern for our emotional well being was a priority, and that meant a lot. We appreciate that you so patiently answered our questions (some more than once) and made sure that we understood the process. That was especially important, having never been to an auction before.
