"The auction was one of our most successful events ever and we helped meet some of the needs of local families with the things they bought at a great price while also raising money to help the less fortunate on the other side of the world," said Pastor Joe Rodgers. Dear Rob & Tina, We wanted to thank you for making our auction profitable, but more importantly, we want to thank you for your patients, understanding and especially your integrity. It’s rare in this day and age to find a company that sincerely puts the customer first. With all the work, advertising, and time that you had put in, and we considered calling the auction because of the weather, Rob’s statement “you are the customer, and I will do what ever you want”, was a testament of your sincerity to your customers. To sell things that you have had for years . . . had been given as gifts . . . or belonged to someone close to you, no matter what the reason, is a difficult decision. From the beginning to the end of the auction, your concern for our emotional well being was a priority, and that meant a lot.
