In Home Estate Auctions:
Sometime the best solution is to sell our client’s items right at their home or business. Regular household items often bring the most money right in your home. We often conduct auctions in the client’s home, but if the home is too small or if there is just too many items to sell we can put up our auction tent. Using the tent saves the customer the expense of moving their items to a larger facility. Our tent can be used year round thanks to sides, fans and heaters. We held an auction at this clients home and auctioned both the real estate and the contents. We did the auction mostly under our tent and it was about 90 degrees.
Restaurant Auctions and Business Liquidation Auctions

Consignment Auctions:
We have conducted very successful consignment auctions for our clients. We conduct our consignment auctions with Internet bidding. Why sell your items to a handful of people in a room with another Auctioneer when we can expose it to the world? Take the Rookwood vase at the left for instance, when we found it the vase was in a dark corner on the bottom shelf in a room crowded with furniture, had we sold it at the owners home we would have been lucky to have reached $900 with this piece, by placing it in a consignment auction along side many other treasures from other sellers were able to sell it for $9,200.00 before the buyer’s premium. The vase sold in January of 2009 and so far it still holds the record price paid for a Rookwood vase on Auctionzip.com in the prices realized section (click the link to the left to verify this fact. There are over 14,000 Auctioneers on Auctionzip.com so we are very proud to still hold this record. We have similar stories to tell about baseball cards or stamps or comic books, the list goes on and on.
Personal Property Appraisals:
